Important Dates for Exhibitors & Sponsors
May 3, 2023: Exhibitor/sponsor registration opens and full payment is due.
June 10, 2023: Cancellations are due in writing, no refunds after this date.
June 15, 2023: Company logos and advertising materials are due.
August 11, 2023: Booth set-up anytime between 7:30 – 11:15 am and/or 12:15 – 4:30 pm
August 12-13, 2023: Summer Board Conference
Booth pricing is $1,000
There are 12 exhibitor booths available as shown on the exhibitor map. (link below) Each booth space will contain one 8′ long rectangular table and additional floor space around the table and between exhibitor booths will be available to use. All booth locations will have power available.
Booths and other sponsorship opportunities are still first come, first served; however, the process for registering will be different from previous years. Exhibitors will now directly register for the booth of their choice from a list of available booths (instead of providing us with their top three options.) The list is updated in real-time so only available booths will be displayed as options. The same will be true for sponsorship options.
