The selection committee will evaluate nominees based on standards of practice, care coordination, leadership, quality improvement and community and public health.
Nominations must be received by Jan. 31. The nomination instructions and form are available on the Oregon School Nurses Association website. The winner will be announced April 17 at the Oregon School Nurses Association Spring Conference.
