PaySchools - Online Payment Processing
Put technology to work for your district

Everyone wants convenience - give them PaySchools

It's easy and convenient!

Parents simply click on a link on the school district's home page, select the items they want to purchase, and use their credit card, debit card* or e-check, 24/7! Payments are transferred to your school district's local bank account.

Set up as many categories as you need quickly and easily. PaySchools generates a variety of sales reports.

With PaySchools, you have more advance purchases, so you have better cash flow. You'll get more timely purchases, too, and with more items available online, your staff, students and parents spend less time as "salespeople."

It's secure!

PaySchools ensures secure, safe transactions. Card and bank information is not stored; nor is it visible to PaySchools or the district at any time.

It saves time and money!

Frees office staff from processing so many checks and handling as much cash. You'll have fewer bounced checks. And fewer payments lost or forgotten between home and school.

  • One merchant account for all schools
  • Low flat-rate per-transaction fees based on amount of sales
  • Instant notification of payments
  • No set-up or licensing fees, no administrative charges
  • No NSF or charge-backs to the district
  • Works with most foodservice point-of-sale software
  • No monthly minimum payments
  • No annual fee

Benefits for Parents

  • Convenient: Make purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Control: Eliminate lost checks or cash.
  • Timely: Credits payments immediately to a student's account.
  • User-friendly: Processes via credit cards, debit cards, or electronic checks.
  • Secure: Ensures private and secure transmissions.
  • Accessible: View purchases and payments online.

How it works

Each district designates a PaySchools administrator with access to set up your account. Add an unlimited number of products and categories. Once you put the PaySchools link on your district Web site, you can accept payments in 24 hours.

For an example of a district from Michigan that uses PaySchools check out the Farmington School District PaySchools page.
