OSBA Executive Search Staff

• Betsy Miller-Jones , OSBA Leadership Services Associate Director, responsible for directing the executive search services at OSBA. Betsy is a former search consultant for the New Hampshire School Boards Association and has six years of school board experience.
  
• Steve Lamb , OSBA Leadership Services Specialist, provides executive search services and board training for OSBA. Steve joined the Oregon School Boards Association from Willamette Education Service District where he served as Team Leader for the Rural Community School Partnerships Program.
  
• Donna Herren , OSBA Assistant Search Consultant, 20 years of experience as OSBA’s search coordinator. Provides facilitation and community focus group assistance.
  
• Lori Sattenspiel , OSBA Legislative and Public Affairs Specialist, formerly with the Oregon Community College Association. Lori serves as an Assistant Search Consultant on community college searches.
  
• Stacy Davis , OSBA Executive Search Coordinator, provides the organizational coordination and assistance.
