Changes Approved

At the November 2007annual meeting, OSBA members voted to amend the OSBA Constitution establishing 14 new geographic regions, vote by mail, one board - one vote, weighting for ADM plus other changes.

Background

In June 2006, the OSBA Board of Directors called for a review of all OSBA governance processes and structures, including the nominations committee, the membership meeting, elections, and the resolutions process with the goal of increasing member involvement and representation. The committee was authorized to make recommendations to the OSBA Board of Directors on any matter pertaining to the governance structure and processes of the OSBA.
