This course is a guide to sample modification language for commonly used AIA model construction contracts. The presentation offers specific modification suggestions, the role they play within the contract and why you want the modification. Upon completion you will be able to implement the suggested modifications in your district, to protect the district's interests throughout the course of the construction project.
